This course will give the attendees the knowledge and understanding of IFS Food 7 risk protocols, hygiene / HACCP procedures, the required corporate policies/procedures, record keeping, monitoring processes, staff health /safety and welfare.

At the end of this course, the attendees would have learnt the key elements of IFS Food 7 and its risk areas/management processes.

Duration: 1 week online training and 2 weeks Face to Face/Bespoke/In-House Training
